Comix Revolution

I don't know about you, but there are a couple things that have caused me mild anxiety throughout my life. Maybe it's because of that creepy "Comic Book Guy" on The Simpsons, but I am always a little anxious when I walk into this type of shop because I have usually found the folks who work at these types of stores to be a little intense. Very intense. And they know way, WAY too much about their products. (Kind of the same way that Trekkies and Lord of the Rings fanatics freak me a little bit!) Anyway, if you love the unsual, the unique and quite frankly, want to have what you think no other store would carry, you will love it here. They have an amazing collection of comics, novels and more. Good looking store, and the people aren't too scary :) more

The Comix Revolution is one of those stores that I love to go in and browse (and ultimately purchase something) whenever I'm in downtown Evanston. They have a decent collection of comics, books, figures, , bobble-heads and t-shirts. Staff is very friendly and will special order for you. Next time your in Evanston I recommend stopping in and seeing the place for yourself. more

I shop at this store every so often because my partner collects comic books. I always get a great deal on the comic books he wants. The range of products in this store are huge and heaps of fun to browse through. The staff are really friendly and know what they are talking about. Their prices can be a little high at times but some of the rarer comic books are worth it. You will enjoy looking through this store and what it has to offer. more

Yes this is the place I like. I go here a lot, because they have a lot of good books to read. And it does not limit to comics only. They also have other magazines, fictions, and self help books available. If you know the store keeper well (like me), you could borrow books from them and pay them a little money, and you could save a lot for not having to buy books from them! (perhaps I am making this place like a library?!) more
