New home 6 months old. Called to set up maintenance agreement and have new unit checked out for performance. Eric came out and did a full service check. Totally satisfied. Quick response. Technician was great. 6/16/2015

I am an existing customer who called on behalf of my Dad who is 91. His company couldn't do after hours service so I called Comfort Air at 4:30 p.m. Luis Huerta, the A/C tech, arrived within a couple of hours and worked to get things back on line. Luis has the best attitude and was very considerate. I'll definitely ask for him by name when if comes time to do my fall/spring maintenance! Thanks Luis. more

Comfort Air had been recommended to us but I was leery having a bad experience with another air conditioning company. 5/29/2015

Daniel proved the positive recommendation to be correct. He came out and solved what seemed like a tough problem. We will definitely use them again. more

I'm very satisfied with the way that William cleared the clogs in my condensate drainage lines. 5/27/2015

I am impressed with the professional way that William got right to work clearing the stubborn clogs in the two condensate drainage lines. I thought that the use of a wet vacuum was in ingenious way to keep from creating a water mess and the clogs were cleared in just a few minutes. William gave me helpful hints on how to keep the lines clear in the future. Kudos to William #3278. more

The A/C technician arrived yesterday on time. He was personable, knowledgeable, and appeared to do a thorough job. He also did not get my floors dirty. I was very pleased. more

The best A/C service check up we have ever had! 5/22/2015

Comfort Air came out for our annual service check up and we had Maz as the technician. We have never had such a great, efficient check-up as Maz performed. I would highly recommend Comfort Air to everyone. more

Daniel provided a spring check service on our three heating and air conditioning units. We were very impressed with his very thorough service on our three units. Daniel also corrected a problem that we had been experiencing during the past few months. He very quickly diagnosed and corrected the problem and then gave me the information I needed to correct the problem if it reoccurs. Daniel is the first tech that I have observed carrying a water hose around to the back or our house to an air conditioning unit (that is rather difficult to access)in order to hose down the air condition vents. We feel that Daniel is an excellent representative of Comfort Air and we hope that he will continue to be our service tech in the future. Arnie & Frances Higginbotham more

Service call exellence 5/17/2015

Had an AC issue, called and they were able to schedule first call the next morning. I have been a customer of theirs for many years but this service call was exceptional. Maz, the technician went above and beyond. Checked units inside while it was raining hard outside. He waited in his truck for at least 30 min. for the rain to subside and then checked the condensers outside. We had some issues, he called his supervisor and went back inside to check some additional issues. He could not have been nicer or more proficient. The only bad news is I will probably need a new unit. If so Comfort Air will definitely get the job. more

We have been using Comfort-Air since 1997 and have always been pleased with their service techs. Eric Banda recently performed the annul Spring check on our system. He was very professional and thorough. Please send Eric on future appointments with us, if possible. more

Excellent Service!!! 5/8/2015

Technician Eric Banda serviced our 5 units. He is very thorough and very competent. He knows our equipment as if they were his patients. Some units are old, but because of his service, they are lasting a long time. I reccomend him highly and request that he will service our equipment in the Fall. more

He explained what he did, asked if I had questions, answered my questions very well, and gave me the info I felt that I needed. I thought he was very good and professional, and would highly recommend his services. more
