Excellent Diagnosis and Repair 11/29/2016

We had a couple of issues with our heat pump. First the motor and the starting capacitor needed to be replaced because the unit was running constantly when it got cold out. Second, it couldn't completely heat the house once Courtney got the condenser working after repairing those two items, so he diagnosed the thermostat was incorrect for the system and not turning on the heat strips, which is why it couldn't produce enough heat to get the house above 72 degrees. He promptly replaced the thermostat and now everything works great on our old heat pump. The prices are a little high for the company, but repairing old heat pumps appears to be that way. more

Great company and Unit 4/18/2014

Had a great experience with this company. When our unit broke, Rob came in at our convenient time and was extremely helpful. He was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. He was willing to work with us on the price even though the quote was very reasonable. The team came in on a Saturday and installed the unit. They did a good job and we don't have any issues. Thank you very much for great service. Definitely recommend this company and will use them for my future unit maintenance. more
