Your servicemen were pleasant and were willing to take the time to explain the operations of our new equipment. I want to express my thanks for the installation of the new humidifier. Your technician Carlos was extremely friendly and thorough in explaining the function of the unit and steps required in future for taking care of the humidifier. He answered my questions not only for the humidifier but for the entire heating system in the house adequately and satisfactorily and also made excellent suggestions for the improvement of the system. I have no hesitation in recommending your company to anyone not only because the service is outstanding but also the price was significantly better than any other company in this area.Again thank you. more

When my gas furnace failed to work properly, I was stressed as I considered how expensive a repair was likely to be. When I reached out to Comfort Professionals, however, they were able to instantly diagnose the problem and offer an estimate that was very reasonable. The technicians arrived right on time and were very respectful and highly professional. They took care of the repair and my home has been toasty warm ever since! Thanks very much!!! Good customer service is hard to come by, but you all are right on point! I'll definitely recommend your services! more

We are very satisfied with the system,the installation,and with our interaction with your team. The systems performance is vastly superior to the original system as was demonstrated during the heat of Saturday and Sunday. Particularly noticeable is the quiet operation and efficient cooling. I would recommend your company to anyone needing an HVAC system. more

My son and I would like to compliment Carlos on behalf of Comfort Professionals for the fast qualitative service yesterday.Carlos is a very good worker and has helped out 100% to stop this heat from entering our home.Today we felt the cool temperature and we are so happy since the temperature outside is in the upper 90's.Finally we were able to get a good nights sleep.This was the first time our family has needed to purchase an air conditioning unit and we send you our strongest gratitude for all the comforting help.We believe we made the right decision to choose the No.1 Heating and Air Conditioner contractor in Northern Virginia area. more
