Today I was appalled by the rudeness of the worker at comfort mattress 5775 S Suncoast Blvd, Homosassa, FL 34446 my husband and I purchased a mattress in 2010 with a 10 year warranty, the mattress has already been replaced one time in 2011 for sagging! Today my husband called and this rude worker stated they no longer sold the product and they would get another one however we had to drive to pick it up. Over an hour trip one way! I have contacted the manufacturer of the mattress and they are going to make things right for us! We are upgrading to a better mattress and will be dealing with a reputable local company instead of this half ass company! It wasn't bad enough this man treated my husband badly and myself he also stated very derogatory things about the manufacturer of the mattress. Not a good way to do business! I would only hope comfort mattress corporate looks into this store and who they have working for them. This way of treating customers will not gain them business. more
