This was one of the worst experiences I have had with hotels. The customer service and satisfaction philosophy is absolutely nonexistent at this place! I left a small piece of my luggage behind, but confirmed that hotel staff had found it. I left my credit card info for shipment charges, but never heard back for more than a month! Only after a month did I get my item, but was surprised to see I was charged 107$ for the shipment! Hotel manager waited for more than a month, and eventually sent the package with the most expensive shipment option possible! Ridiculous!
