Hotel held over $400, then they denied that the charges were theirs even though it clearly stated it was comfort inn. It's a great hotel but if any of you are looking to save some $$ then book it at SweetHotelDeals.us They usually have some pretty good deals on there! Pros: null Cons: null more

Very comfy hotel. The service makes you feel like your at home. They are genuine and helpful. They were very good at answering any question that I had. The room was a good size and I definitely had one of the best stays I've ever had. more

It is nice to still have hotels with excellent customer service. From the moment that I walked in, until my last day there. The room was kept quite tidy, and I loved it. Very cozy and comfortable. Very nice experience. I hope the managers are aware of what a great team they are. more

I checked in last night. Your front desk associate was so pleasant and polite. My best friend of 42 years died 10 minutes before I got to the hospital. I want to thank your front desk for beings so considerate and kind to me. You don't find many empathetic people anymore. more

Bed was comfortable, AC worked good, and everything was clean. Pool was decent. I chose this hotel because it was one of the cheapest hotels I could find in the area. I would stay here again if returning to the area and looking to save money again. more

Nice and professional 4/22/2011

Some good points definitely worth mentioning is that the a/c in the room worked very well and there was a fridge and micro in the room. The woman at the front desk who checked me in was really very nice and professional. I had no bad experience with the people, they were great. more

Stayed at this hotel with family for a funeral. Rooms were spacious and clean. New carpeting, new sheets. Even had 4 pillows on each bed. Beds were very comfortable. Very friendly staff. The hotel offered free breakfast but we didn't eat there so can't comment on it. Great location along I-35 on the frontage road. Close to restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay there again. more

Easy Access 4/19/2011

Obvious renovation taking place, but was clean. Wasn't asked at check-in smoking room preference. Easy access, no problem getting late check-out. more
