Great stay 9/19/2011

Great price for this hotel. It was really comfortable right from the start. The fact that its a relatively small - big hotel made the experience really nice. The staff was very pleasant and it being a slow travel season, the hotel was not too crowded. We really enjoyed our stay at the comfort inn in Franklin and will definitely return next time we are in town. more

Comfortable place to stay! 9/16/2011

This Inn is very hospitable and has a very courteous staff. The rooms here are fantastic! During my last stay here I had accidentally left a personal towel in the room that I had stayed in. Luckily, the staff was able to save it for me and I was able to get it back upon my return. Thank you so much!! more

Great stay at Comfort Inn 8/23/2011

We are planning another trip to Franklin, and I will definitely stay there again. This was my first time in the area and the staff was very helpful with directions. I just wanted to add the restaurants and nightlife are great around the area too. more

Fast friendly check in! 7/21/2011

Fast friendly check in, no complaints. The room was clean and it did not have a strong scent of cleaning liquids trying to cover up the smell of cigarette odor ( which is really helpful to anyone with allergies). Close to eating facilities with out having to drive to find one. Very good. more
