They either didn't listenor dont pay any attention to cleints. Even though I repeadtly requested to speak to the manager and having to explain it to them what was going on they kept having a receptionist call back and start all over again. They weren't careful at all, and I was in a lot of pain after my appointment. I felt like they were just trying to make money off me because they kept pressuring me to get dental procedures that I know weren't necessary. They should've respected my decision. After my appointment, I was handed a couple of samples and rushed out the door. I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible more

Worst dentist I have ever been to. My wife and scheduled standard cleanings. We arrived promptly and waiting at least a half hour past our scheduled time before being seen. Once we were seen, the ""dentist"" required x-rays on our mouths. After sitting in the dentist chair for twenty minutes after x-rays were taken we were told we have no cavities. After the dentist poked around for about fifteen seconds he tells me I have gum disease and am required to come back for two separate visits at $280 a session. I was outraged when all I needed was a simple cleaning. I paid my $20 and left. When I discussed this with my wife, she said the doctor told her the exact same thing. We brush twice a day, rinse and floss. Has anyone else had a similar experience at this hell hole? more

I cant believe somebody gave these people 5 stars.\r \r Terrible experiences going here. They had a trainee work on my mouth for 5 hours straight in a proceedure that should have taken 1 hour, destroying my gums for weeks in the process. Additionally, they recomended a procedure that a specialist says would have been a temporary, extremely expensive fix, requiring more costly work in less than a year. They would not allow my insurance carrier to switch my primary care dentist even though they are clearly overbooked as is. Finally, the work they did is shoddy, and less than a year later I am forced to pay another dentist out of pocket to fix their mistakes. I should sue. more

This is my first Comfort Dental. I have had 2 visits to this office in the last week. The first visit, I wasn't thrilled with the environment the receptionist gave off. My last visit, in the evening, the receptionist was not present. She must bring the waiting area bad vibes because without her my visit was wonderful. I love the dentist, Dr. Marchbanks that I am seeing. She performed my first root canal yesterday and it was completely pain free, as well as into today still painless. I am absolutely thrilled! I even received a follow-up call from the doctor shortly after I left the office. I look forward to caring for my teeth with this office and my new doctor for years to come! more
