Our service tech, Vu T. is a very competent and professional individual. He also has such a pleasant manner. We request Vu whenever it is time for our Summer or Winter inspections. Not only does he perform our inspections quickly and efficiently but takes the time to explain any issues or problems he encounters. Vu is also a great Comfort Control "company man." He often tells us about other service and product offerings that may be of interest. We have three HVAC systems. We replaced two of the combo heat (gas)/air systems in 2014 and we know that we are going to have to replace the remaining heat pump system in the near future. We will definitely replace it with a Comfort Control system and are using Vu's guidance in making that decision. Again Vu is a great tech and comfort Control is a great company. more

Knowledgeable and Professional Every Time 6/9/2017

Recently had a digital thermostat issue and called Comfort Control. Brian was our tech and he did a thorough job of diagnosing our issue. He called for a replacement part and came back that evening to get our air conditioner up and running again. We were grateful for not having to wait until the next day. I have found over the years that this company is very customer focused. They employ genuinely nice people who are very skilled in their trade. Any issues we have had they fixed the first time. I could not be happier with this company. more

Reece at Comfort Control 4/17/2017

Reece was timely and efficient. He was honest in his review of the condition of our AC and made suggestions for improvements. Most importantly he was not pushy. I would be happy to have him back to work on our heating and air units if and when it is required. more

Repair Service 8/22/2016

Ta Kim the service tech was ontime covered his shoes as he entered the house check out the unit inside and outside . He was very concered I did not have air over the hot weekend due to not knowing the company was opened . He was very effecient and completed the repair to the unit in a timely and professional manner . Thank you Ta more

John came to our home after Ta tried to service our AC unit with a simple fix, but unfortunately our unit was not able to be repaired(after 18 yrs of good service). John evaluated our needs for our home and was kind enough to discuss this with my husband(via phone) and I. Within 24 hrs we had a unit installed(professionally by his son Jacob and with John's assistance). Our home is cool and comfortable. Thank you more

Absolutely professional installation. We had experience with this company more than 3 years ago, it was a very good service experience which we decided if ever we needed further AC/Heating support we would call on this company. We had our entire upstairs AC unit replaced, of course nobody wants this kind of expense, but the service call to assess our needs, the follow-up estimate and the installation was completely professional with a great deal of attention to detail. Completely informed through the entire install process, Jacob is very skilled and went above the norm to complete the installation to our satisfaction. We will definitely call upon Comfort Control for our future needs and will recommend to friends. more

Furnace install in my attic - very good service 6/16/2016

Jacob and Dylan were superb. They were extremely prompt and responsive to our summer AC outage problem. The called to to say they could arrive early if it met my schedule. They completed a very difficult install of a heavy furnace unit into my attic in a very tight space. The install had big space constraints which they had to get very creative to solve. It was hot and they worked hard. They were professional knowledgable. I would welcome them back. 4 hours later, my system is working better than anytime in the past 15 years. Thanks guys! more

Great knowledgeable service men 5/7/2016

Thank you comfort control for hiring upstanding knowledgeable courteous service men. We have had such great encounters with their employees throughout the years with our service contracts. One employee especially went above and beyond to help us with a repair. i had called mid morning on a Friday and all the service personell were booked. Ta Kim made sure to stop by and take care of us that same day and got our air fixed promptly. We were able to sleep in comfort with the air fully fixed and running again! Thanks again! more
