OK, I dropped off 8 shirts and asked them to launder them realizing one shirt was silk and they always dry clean it. The other 7 shirts were cotton and should have been laundered ...

OK, I dropped off 8 shirts and asked them to launder them realizing one shirt was silk and they always dry clean it. The other 7 shirts were cotton and should have been laundered as requested by me the customer but were dry cleaned, total bill for 8 shirts was $35 plus !!!! UNETHICAL BUSINESS !! more

Hope they don't lose anything! 10/26/2011

The employees are good people, service is ok, but the owner is a thief. They intentionally DON'T COUNT YOUR CLOTHING. I have lost a few pieces of dry cleaning and even making the employees count my clothes, that never matters to thee owner Scott. He will blow you off with the intention of you getting tired of trying to have them reimburse you for your clothing. I have almost gone to punches with him before he figures out that arguing in front of customers is bad business. Once again.... every things fine until you lose a piece of clothing. Find another cleaners. more
