After picking up our daughter's cheer uniform only to find out some of it was missing, our bank informed us that the cleaners had pre-authorized our debit card five times the amount of the bill. Upon contacting them, the manager refused to do anything (even when asked to contact our bank) and basically said, ""it will resolved itself in five business days"". In addition, he was very patronizing about how it could or could not be resolved.
Cons: Lost clothes, patronizing manager, & overbilled
