I've used Comergence's application for brokers applying to represent a wholesale mortgage lender. It's all been online. The application is pretty easy to use, but sometimes can be a little counter intuitive like when dealing with something updating or it being rejected on the wholesalers end or whether its been reviewed yet. Otherwise, it's been fine. more

Very good 11/19/2013

I've mainly used Comergence's service aspects with the online chats to solve problems. The way the website works, it's not always user friendly and they've always been helpful in helping me navigate that. more

Communication needs improvement, but they're heading in the right direction. 11/1/2013

We use Comergence for the online applications for our clients. We've been able to reach out to them for troubleshooting several times. I think their communication could use improvement though. When submitting a question via online chat, it appeared as though the representative didn't even read my questions, and this has happened more than once. This company offers a good start for a product. I have seen them make improvements, which is good. Their president even got in touch with me, and he was very helpful. They're definitely heading in the right direction. more

Always user-friendly and easy to work with 9/13/2013
