Before Sept 2014 it was great,now due to a new(?) employee with her 1st name beginning with ""M"" has given us nothing but lies and empty promises! We'll be changing 02 suppliers ASAP! My Mom is in her mid 80's and she's being totally unreasonable on service. This is critical life sustaining supplies that we need but she DON'T CARE!!
