Comcast has horrible business practices. They don't tell anyone about the service plan when they set up your service, then when you have a problem and they come out to fix it, they charge you, but they don't tell you and just put it on your bill? Then, that's when they try to sell you some stupid service plan. If I'm paying for a service, and it's broken, they should come out and fix it at no-charge because if I'm already paying for the service, and I'm not getting it, it's their responsibility to fix it. Not mine.
