This is the worst business I've had to deal with and when you call them, they do not even pick calls. It's either they'll ask you to leave a message or you have to talk to their robot which doesn't even accurately attend to your needs. Secondly, I had a sales agent who gave me the wrong information which put me in a very inconveniencing situation. unfortunately, Verizon won't let me use my own modem because I really don't wish to have anything to do with Comcast.
