Telephone plans and Customer Service is awful 4/19/2008

I am a former Comcast customer (Happily So) Their Customer Service Department is rude and not helpful. (I guess that it why you see help wanted ads weekly in the paper). There packages are very expensive and there tech support is awful!!!!!! Pros: Rude Customer Service and Expensive telephone plans Cons: Service is expensive more
