I called Comcast because our internet quit working. I'm pretty savvy about this stuff so I had already eliminated any possible issues occurring on our end. I called and I was on the phone for 20 minutes while a lady was telling me to reboot my computer three different times, reset my modem (which I told her I had already done), turn the ethernet cable around, and a variety of useless tasks all while talking to me like I was 5. Then she said someone would be out the next day between 10 and 12. The next day, the guy didn't show up until 3 and the technician was INCREDIBLY irritable and rude. My neighbor has had very similar problems, multiple times with them as far as punctuality and demeanor. These guys are really unprofessional.
