Most of the Columbus Metropolitan Library branches have a meeting room. You should be able to register for one if you purposes are not for profit. You may have to put up a deposit against damages, but I don't believe there is an actual fee for using the room. They are in separate rooms, so it's not like you are going to be interfering with the people who are in the stacks trying to read or using the PCs. Plus, you'll be in the library and get to check out the books and audiovisual collections, which are quite good.
