STAY AWAY!! By far, the worst agency I have ever dealt with. Gave Michele my debit card number for the amount of $266.67. We agreed on the 13th of every month for it to come out automatically. The next day, I was informed of a problem and looked at my account only to find Michele had taken out $1,489. I was way overdrawn! Called right away, she was appologetic. She said she just hit the wrong button and they would fix it right away. Four days later, I have been treated exceptionally rude by both Michele and the owner, Brian, and have yet to get the $1200+ that they overcharged me. They don't want to hear whether I have gas money to get to work, food to feed my family, or how my credit could be hurt when my automatic payments bounce! When I called to find out about when I would get the money they have stolen back, was told by Brian they are doing the best they can and his time is valuable. HUH? Got an email today stating I should have it by the 22nd!! Fortunately, we were able to cover the deficit while waiting the 10 days for our refund. DO NOT deal with this company unless you like dealing with an agency that treats you rudely, does not take responsibility for their mistakes, and are clearly incompetent. I would give them zero stars if I could!
