Food was good, but a wednesday luncheon took 3 hours. Waitress had to be asked repeatedly for refills straws etc. Meal was served piecemeal with some getting soup first and other...

Spanish and Cuban fare. Jacket not required, but don't wear your jeans. Food is consistently excellent. Great ambiance. Fairly priced. Separate dining room with entertainment: Flamenco dancing. Show has been mediocre in recent past, but new artistic director promises great improvement. Maria Sevilla is Tampa's premier dancer and choreographer. more

Ybor Tradition 3/20/2006

The Columbia Restaurant is really a tradition in Ybor city. The atmosphere really helps you get an understanding of the old ybor city feel. This restaurant takes great pride in their heritage and you feel that in the ambiance. the food is also really great quality and I love some of their wonderful seafood dishes. The cleanliness also is always top notch. If you havent tried the Columbia then you really havent been to Ybor city. more
