Pitiful Customer Service! I visited this dealership and talked to Paul. After hearing all the details of his financial hardships and how he has his car financed in someone else's name, he finally decided to discuss my prospects for purchasing a used car. He was rude and a very poor salesman. A few days later, they started calling me with a story of how it took them a week to find financing for me and wanting me to come in to once again discuss purchasing a car. I found financing the same day I visited this dealership for the first time so why did it take a week for you to do it? I didn't appreciate the treatment I received at this dealership and would encourage anyone with less than perfect credit to stay away from this place. more

While looking for a new Grand Caravan on the internet I came across this place. The first thing that I noticed was the prices they advertised. They are several hundred less than the other Dodge dealers for the exact same Mainstreet van. When I called I talked to their internet manager who explained that he had so many cars to move that he didn't have time to play the ""cat and mouse"" game and that they actually can sell for less than the smaller dealers. Apparently he was right! I also read this places reviews and they aren't fabricated like most other car dealerships are. more

They have more than 600 cars to look at and golf carts to get around in. Ralph, their internet guy made us a great deal on the CERTIFIED car we bought.
