Currently live in Laurel, MD (Russett Community Rt 198)...\r \r I called this company more than an hour prior to my needed pick-up. The cab driver never called and when the wait time hit the hour mark, I called back in. The woman over the phone was very polite and helpful, but the cab driver actually ""LIED"" about where he was and was another 30 mins late.\r I have to note that for the sake of ""bad days"", I tried to use them on two more occasions with almost identical experiences!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!\r \r The Manager was extremely rude and not helpful at all. He had an attitude of ""Whatever...do you still want a cab or what?!""\r \r Stay away from this cab company by all means possible!!! more

Do Not Use This Company 6/28/2009

I called approximately 1 hr ahead of my scheduled time that I needed a cab after about 15 mins past the time that the taxi should have arrived I called and spoke to the same dispatcher that I originally scheduled the taxi with, comes to find out she had never put the request in @ all. When I called to speak with a supervisor he was very rude and asked me ""well what do you want me to do about it""? I don't know about you but when I specifically ask for a taxi to arrive at a certain time I expect prompt service if not perhaps a call to inform me wouldn't hurt. Bottom line this man I spoke to was completely RUDE!!!! Pros: none what-so-ever Cons: Taxi cab showed up late more
