Good: I felt the staff was very friendly and outgoing. The receptionists came out in the waiting room and greeted my pet. In the exam room the technician was very knowledgeable and explained the different vaccines and asked if I woukld like prices for them. I did not feel pressured to do everything at once. I was even offered to split my visit up to get some now and some in a couple weeks. They also have a Save the Animals program which is a nice addition to the practice.. Bad: The prices are abit high. But I am use to paying co-pays and not full price for my Dr visits. I guess too..I take my pet once a year to the vet. So when you figure you are spending alot of money at once...you should look at it like you just got a year's worth of care in one visit.. Improvements: I would like to see them paint their exam rooms. The color is an aweful green and needs to be updated.. Other: I feel that people need to realize that animals are a luxury not a neccessity. If you can't afford to take care of a pet and commit to it for at least 10yrs or more, then you shouldn't get one. Vet care is expensive for the sole reason that you are paying the full bill...not paying a co-pay. There are many different insurance companies out there for pets. Look into and stop trashing the veteranarians..
