Arrived 20 minutes early for my appointment at 3:00 and was taken back for x-rays at 3:30. The receptionist didn't understand anything about insurance. When I was finally taken back, I noticed that over half the ceiling tiles were stained with water leaks or were currently wet. In the x-ray ""room"" more water damage was causing paint to come away from the walls. I was moved into another room and waited over an hour with no contact from anyone! Next to the chair was a biohazard container that was open and unsealed. My appointment was just a checkup, but it took over 2 hours to be completed! On my way out, I went to use the men's bathroom, but it was out of order and filthy! DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST!!!
