Too make a very long and frustrating story short. One of Colt's delivery people caused damage while delivering a product to our home. Submitted a claim. Initially it seemed like they'd handle it. Two months and many ""check is in the mail"" excuses later it remained unresolved. Went to the BBB. That went nowhere. It was clear Colt thought nothing would come of it. So we contacted the manufacturer/reseller who contracted with them to deliver their product. They were not pleased to learn of Colt's performance. The reseller ended up reimbursing us within 24 hours and I wished them luck pursuing Colt. The company's management personnel lack credibility and accountability. Shameful really.
