Terrible, terrible service. The repairman, Dean seems like a kind, older man, but he never remembers your name, always has some creative excuse about not keeping an appointment or promise, and is incompetent. He completely mis-disagosed the issue I was having with my tv and made me put a $200 deposit down for a part that I didn't even need. They also charge an unreasonable amount for the type of repair needed. In the end, with a little internet knowledge, I figured out exactly what I needed to fix and did the repair myself. I cancelled his services immediately and demanded a refund on my deposit. Of course, I never received one after multiple calls. In the end, I had to file a claim with my credit card. AVOID AVOID. more

i completely disagree with brian. colorvision service has repaired my tv's and stereos for years and i have always been satisfied. the last time they did service for me they looked at two tv's for me. they repaired one but the other tv was an old tv and the parts were not available anymore. they did ask for a deposit for parts but they returned the deposit on the older tv and did not even charge me a service call. i have always recomended them and i will continue to do so. more

These guy came out to my house and looked at my TV. They ran a few test and said it was such and such part, and that they needed a $200 deposit. So I gave them the deposit and they said they ordered the part. I did not hear for them for well over a week. Then called them, they said they ordered the wrong part. That was fair enough then they told me they were going to order the correct part and then they would fix the tv in about a week or less. Again took well over a week they never called me so I called them again. This time I was told they would come and fix it in 2 days time. They even set up an appointment, from 12-2 to come out. So I rushed home to be there at that time. I waited until 2 then I decided to call them, guess what again they said they ordered the wrong part. He told me he knew about this the previous day and did not call me. At this point he told me he is not going to be fixing the tv. I was then told I would get my $200 deposit back minus $60. WHAT.... So I convinced him to give me back the full $200. He said he would put the check in the mail on monday. Two weeks go by and no check, I have been calling him every 3-4 days. Every time I get the same answer, you should have it tomorrow or the next day. So then my wife calls him and he tells her he will bring out the check the next day from 3-4. He never showed up, and I never got my $200 back, the guy just ripped me off. more

colorvisionsersice co is a worst service. they are not a professional T.V. or electronic repair service. First you will pay $39.95 for them to came out to tell you that your device was broken and they can fix it. they will ask for deposit half or full estimate. Then you wait and wait you will get no call that said they get part to fix your device. Every time you call them. they would say they can get part untill you call and cancel service then then they will said they could get part or discontinoun they will send you check but they will take $39.95 for service call. If you think $39.95 ffor each call 10 calls a day. they don't have to do any thing.they will make $399.50 EZ money. What a rip of company. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!! more
