These guys are great. From the salesman to the delivery crew, very knowledgeable and friendly. Sam gave me a smoking deal on a hot tub. The warranty was significantly better than the other tubs I looked at. That tells me a lot about the product. If you can't honor your warranty, you won't last very long. more

Great experience dealing with these guys especially when this was our 1st brand new spa. Dealing with these guys was a pleasure. No hard selling, seemed to be very interested in what would work for our house and totally let us pick our price range so we were really comfortable with the price. Its really hard to part with such a chunk of change but the high quality and versatility of our new Bullfrog Spa made it well worth the money. We got to pick all our jet configurations and having had the spa now for 8 or so months we could not be happier with our choice. No quality issues, except a burnt out bulb! Having shopped at every hot tub store in Denver, we were a little overwhelmed by the time we got to Colorado Custom Spas. Our salesman Sam was very knowledgeable about the different types of hot tubs. It was refreshing to feel like we were being consulted rather than sold to. They have multiple brands that are very innovative in their designs. We settled on a Bullfrog Spa because we really liked the Jet pack idea. This design just appears to be leaps and bounds beyond the other tubs we had seen. The delivery crew was great as well. They took the time to make sure that everything was perfect before they left. After our recent bad experience purchasing another appliance, Colorado Custom Spas has reminded me that some companies really do care about customer service. Thanks :) more

We found Colorado Custom Spas through the recommendation of a friend. Super friendly staff willing to explain and answer our long list of questions. We purchased a Bullfrog Spa from them and we are THRILLED with it! Even after the tub has been delivered, installed, and up and running they are still available for any questions and issues that come up. more

This has been an excellent experience from the beginning. After multiple visits we finally decided on a Bullfrog Spa. We looked at every hot tub store in denver, but kept coming back to these. With the interchangeable jet packs, superior warranties, and powerful massage, it really was a no brainer. Well, now we have had our spa for a few months and I feel I can give an accurate review. The jet pressure is amazing. The all natural water treatment system is great for my sensitive skin. Every interaction with Colorado Custom Spas has been great. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. When I call with a question, I get a real live person who really understands hot tubs. Very refreshing. This is a top notch operation! more

I'd recommend these guys to anyone in the market for a great hot tub. 6 different brands, tons of models in stock and in their showroom, private wet test, solid offerings in the $3-7k range, but we went with a really nice Clearwater Spas for under $5,000. what impressed us most was their follow up and help after the sale. We had never owned a spa before so we had lots of questions about hooking it up, operating the unit, but especially about the chemicals. We had a few problems, but they were patient and extremely helpful every time we called...and we called a lot. If you are in the market, stop by and have a casual conversation about spas. These guys are true pros, have great options, fair prices, they don't push too much like some of the other places we went to, and they have excellent customer service. You won't be sorry. B. I recently moved from out of state and spa prices at the local stores are out of control. But, we really needed one for relaxation and therapy so we searched all over. The internet was a scary place - attractive prices, but litle or no support or service. This was too big of a purchase to by sight-unseen off the internet. But, while I was searching I found Colorado Custom Spas. What a relief! Finally, honesty, integrity and great service. And, we literally saved thousands off store prices. Our spa was a steal at $2500 (coincidentally, that was $500 less than the cheapest internet deal for the exact same spa!) They drove all the way up here (we live in Snowmass) and worked with a crane company to install it on our deck. That was over a year ago. They even call periodically to see how we're enjoying our spa and see if we have any questions! Nice to know people still work this way. Do yourself a favor and call these guys today. We wanted to surprise our kids with a new hot tub for Christmas but we didn't want to pay the prices our local stores were asking. We found Colorado Custom Spas and met with Stan. He was very informative and designed a spa to fit our needs and budget. Our 8-foot spa cost us thousands less than the other stores, and they even arranged a special delivery on Christmas Eve while our kids were at their grandparents. The perfect surprise...the perfect Christmas...the perfect company to work with. That was in 2002 and we are still loving it today. Pros: Excellent hot tub and price. Cons: None. more
