Charging to fix things 7/15/2014

My niece rents from you and I always thought when people rent they didn't have to pay to have things fixed. If the dishwasher breaks or the air quits or the freezer quits or fence blows down how is that the fault of the renter? I would never tell someone to rent from Colorado casa because of this. If people wanted to pay for those things then they would be homeowners. That house needs paint on the outside before the boards completely rot as the windows are doing right now. more

This firm has taken the burden off my shoulders and now managing my rental is a breeze. They are good at keeping the properties rented and taking care of maintenance issues. They best part is their communication is excellent so I am always informed of all maintenance charges, etc. more
