We have had the storage unit for almost 2 years and thing were okay until we stopped renting the storage. Our automated billing paid them an extra month of rent after we have cancelled the service. That was back in early April 2009. When first contacted them and they said that they will mail the check back to us. 1 monthly later no check in the mail. Stopped by the store on a weekend and the manager/person in charge is not there. Left message there and left a few voice mail during the week and still have not heard back from them. Now is mid June 2009. Pros: clean Cons: no direct link to banks for electronic payments more

I FELT LIKE THE STAFF REALLY CARED ABOUT MY NEEDS. THERE WERE FLEXIBLE PLANS AND OPTIONS, AND I DID NOT FEEL LIKE I WAS JUST A NUMBER! THE FACILITY IS CLEAN AND VERY SECURE. THE PROFESSIONAL MANNER OF THE STAFF, MADE ME FEEL THAT MY BELONGINGS WERE SAFE AND SECURE. Pros: FREE MOVING TRUCK Cons: NONE :) more
