Frustrating Service 11/12/2012

The quality of repairs was good, however the service I got left a lot to be desired. I never received calls when I was told to expect them, then my calls would not be returned. There were a lot of false promises on their part that were not fulfilled and I was forced to go out of my way to stay on top of everything when I shouldn't have had to do that. Also, the first time I went to go pick up my car when it was finished they brought it out only to discover they had scratched it up again by parking it too close to another car. This resulted in another wait before I got my car back. Overall a frustrating experience. more

Great Work -- Longer than Expected 10/26/2012

Great Job! 10/25/2012

I brought my car in after being rear ended. The friendly representatives helped me throughout the process, setting up my appointment, calling to make sure the rental car company was on the way to pick me up and then of course making sure that my care was fixed just right. Thanks Co Auto Body! more

Cost and quality good. Customer relations terrible!! 10/12/2012

As far as price and workmanship are concerned, I would recommend Colorado Autobody. However, Mr. Johnston rarely returned my calls, made promises on completion time that were not met. He told me that they would have the job done in 2-3 days. It took three weeks to do some minor touch painting on one fender, around a door, and the box front. He did not inform me of the delay or wht. I had to call him!! RESPONSE FROM Colorado Auto Body: I am the owner of the Colorado Auto Body. We always want to make sure that everybody has a great experience with our service. It appears that this did not happen in this case. very happy with service and price 9/23/2012

our Ford Escape needed some dings and chips repaired, and the other two places I took the car for estimates thought paintless dent repair was not possible and provided very expensive estimates. We really just wanted our vehicle to look nice again, as its only 1 1/2 yrs old, and the work done at CO Auto Body was excellent and just what we wanted for a reasonable price. more

Dodge Truck 9/8/2012

Hey Bill, WOW! What a first class job, Im so pleased with my truck, Dave and his crew did a great job. I also want to say thank you for covering my rental, I must say as the days started to stack up, I started to worry if everything was going to turn out ok, but you proved me wrong and there was nothing to worry about. Dave is working with me on a new air bag so the inside and outside will look brand new, I would recommend (and will) Colorado Auto Body to anyone and everyone. You can count that I will be there year after year for all my detailing and repair needs. UPDATE: Again, Dave and your outstanding staff has exceeded all my expectations, Dave found, installed, and updated my truck like it is brand new off the show room. I appreciated being relieved of the need to return the rental car. I appreciated the willingness to work with the party who caused the accident with regard to payment. I appreciated the suggestions to take care of a couple of very small other dents at the same time. more

This was my first experience getting work done on my car. I was very upset at the prospect expecting it to be very time consuming and painful. I'm sure that's the reality at other shops but Colorado Auto Body is the exception. The staff was great to work with. They made the experience very pleasant. The work was done quickly and cheaper than estimated. I've recommended their services to all my friends and family for any future work they may need in the future. You get what you pay for. 5/9/2012

They did what they said they would do in the time they estimated and for the price quoted. The service was great and I always felt at ease that they were on top of things during the whole process. The finished product looks as good if not better than new. They were upfront and professional with me. I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality. This is not a discount operation and you definently get what you pay for. My truck should last another 13 years now. Thanks for being a good shop that does good work. They are getting hard to find. more
