They get the job done... however it's not right. They have been my mechanic shop through three vehicles and after this last little en devour I plan on changing. It is hard to find...

Excellent Car Care 10/24/2011

Ever since we were referred by family, we have been taking our vehicles to Colony One on Dulles. They have been exceptional whenever we have brought in our vehicles for servicing. Their customer service is excellent as well, and treat you like family. We have been to other auto centers, but they have fallen short. We have finally found a great auto center for our vehicle needs. more

Over the past 17 or 18 years, I've used Colony One for a variety of needs. We knew Sam back in the day and trusted him completely with our vehicles, and Rod and the gang have carried the banner quite well since he left us. I highly recommend them, not only for the quality of service, but their honesty in analyzing problems and providing appropriate solutions. No hesitation in recommending them . . . more

Best Auto Service Around 1/10/2011

We have been using Colony One Auto Center for 20 years since we moved to Sugar Land and have never been disappointed. They have always been honest with us as to what needs to be repaired and what can be delayed to a later time. They have also made the effort to handle any emergency situations. About 5 years ago, my 2 sister-in-laws were heading back to Mississippi after the holidays when their engine check light came on 15 minutes out of town. Considering they had an eight hour drive ahead of them, they came back for help. We tool the car to Colony One and they immediately took the car in to look at. They were back on their way within one hour. Thank you Colony One. more

Trustworthy Service 12/14/2010

My family has been going to Colony One for 5 years. We have always received excellent service. The employees are polite, courteous and willing to review your problems so you can make a decision on what service you want done. My husband had a stroke a year ago and I feel very confident every time I go in that I can trust their recommendations. I would recommend Colony One to anyone. more

Dependable auto service 11/3/2010

Mechanics aren't my favorite kind of people because they only seem to come in handy when I have a car problem, and it's usually very expensive. So, it's taking a lot for me to say that these guys are dependable. They are, and I have been very pleased with their service. Courteous, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. If I had to use a mechanic, I wouldn't want to go anywhere else! more

I've never been so comfortable having anything repaired as I am with these people. I have been taking my cars & kids cars to these folks for years and never have had anything but a pleasant experience. They stand behind their word and their work. more

Honest old fashioned service 4/1/2010

This is the place to go if you need anything done to your auto. They don't "yank your chain" like a lot of the dealers and tire stores do. When these folks tell you you need a repair trust them, you need it. They're about repeat business and long term relationships, I know I'll keep going back. more

Honest, old fashioned service 3/31/2010

My friends & coworkers rave about this place all the time. I put up a post on our bulletin board at work and got 9 out of 11 referring me to Colony One!! I went in thinking I had a blown head gasket on my Nissan maxima. Turns out I had a small leak that cost about 1/10th of what I was expecting. Pros: Very knowledgeable, professional staff Cons: not open weekends more

Pros: Lets see, Losing Over $700.. there is no pro Cons: there warranty is a joke and they take no resposibility more

One thing I really like about them is they will pick you up and drop you off where you need them to. They get the work done in a timely fashion. I would recommend them to my friends. more

Get all auto work done here 7/10/2008

I live a few blocks away and this was the closest option I had for a starter replacement. I called, asked how much they would charge and found nothing lower anywhere else. When I got there, the guy at the front was very helpful, quick and had a great attitude throughout the process. Old Honda working as good as ever. more
