I just wanted to take a minute to let you all know about my experience with Colonial VW. My VW Tiguan began leaking oil after hours on a weekday. I called the shop first thing in the morning in a full fledged panic and was lucky enough to have Billy McGrath answer the phone. He immediately scheduled me, and assured me there would be a rental available. Not only did he have the rental available, he had it started and warmed up when I arrived. He kept in constant communication with me to let me know what was going on with my car and it was fixed in a timely manner. I am truly grateful to him for making a troublesome situation much more manageable. The service I experienced was fabulous and I truly could not be happier. Thank you Billy Mac! more

I recently leased a 2013 VW Jetta and had one of the best experiances ever working with a dealership. Tony Strozina was extremely helpful getting me to the monthly price I needed in order to make the deal work for me and my family. My salesman was Richard Dolliver and I couldn't have been more pleased with the level of service he provided. Besides being incredibly knowledgeable, patient and helpful he was an absolute pleasure to work with. Kathryn Gear was extremely friendly and a sitting with her to finalize the transaction was a delight. I'd give my experiance with Colonial VW an A+! \r more
