Dear Mr. Bruinsma, I wanted so much to write a letter to you sir to say thank you for such extrodinary people you have in Colonial Medical. My most heartfelt thanks goes to sarah who truly has made it possible for my son dale to finally know freedom again. She is an amazing human being and a fighter for patients rights. It was her strength and determination that gave me the hope-not to give up and try again...she was right. Her kindess and hard work are unmatchable. Sarah truly is a credit to your company and a beautiful human being we will rembmer always. We too want to say that Jackie as always is a super young man, with the perfect personality to work with such an array of people. We think he's wonderful. And thank you sir for the assurance of knowing that when we and others come to Colonial Medical, we will be treated in such kind and professional ways, and that you and all your staff trully stand out above the rest in the care of your customers, and the products you deliver. After a horrible experience spending 3 days in the hospital, I was sent home with a long list of supplies I would need by the surgeon. I was hopeless and helpless; not having any experience with these things. Luckily, I stumbled upon Colonial Med. The woman working was very knowledgeable and helpful. She was compassionate and patient with my many questions and explained all of the options that were available to me. Thanks to her, I was as comfortable as can be imagined given my state. Just a note to thank you for the valuable info we received from your sales associate, Tony, on June 13th when we visited your S. Orange Ave. store to buy compression stockings. We knew when zero when we walked in - Tony's professionalism and compassion were obvious--- as he guided us through a learning curve.
