I received my new labels for my printer and followed the ""dump"" procedures to the letter!The new labels don't have gaps like the old ones did and this is supposed to make the labels work properly with my printer.Doesn't work now!!I called for assistance,was told to check a few things which checked out ok,now I'm supposed to send my printer to the company for it to be checked and ""if the printer is not the problem there will be no charge to you"".THE PRINTER WORKED FINE BEFORE THE NEW IMPROVED LABELS!!I tried to contact them via their website, low and behold their website doesn't even work how can I expect better from their labels?If I have to pay them to ""fix"" the problem they created, I may as well just purchase a new printer and begin getting my labels from somewhere else.I've used this model of printer and their labels for 6 years,but I guess I will be looking elsewhere from this point on.Of course,I'm sure no one from Colonial Label will read this review and/or try to rectify the problem,but I'm hoping no one else will get this type of ""non"" service.
