In all my years of living in rental units, Colonial Grand by far is the worst ever. The management is completely inept, the apartments are roach infested, the amenities are minimal and disgusting, the walls are paper thin and the apartment are extremely noisy. Don't be crazy enough to rent here; I'm breaking my lease ASAP!!!
Cons: There's nothing good about these apartments.
