I bought a used taurus wagon from another dealer and had nothing but problems with it. There was a leak that the other outfit couldn't fix. My neighbor recommended Colonial Ford and I'm glad I took his advise. Joe assured me that they would be able to take care of the problem and they did! Rick and Joe are both great guys and they helped me out tremendously! They both went out of their way for me! I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. more

Best service team around!! 1/25/2012

The team at the Colonial Ford is great! The dont hesitate to go above and beyond to satisfy the customer's needs. Free coffee, WIFI, friendly staff. Thanks to Joe Murphy especially for always taking great care of me! Rick and Dave are also extremely helpful... work great as a team!! 5 stars! more

Best Ford service dept around. 7/26/2011

We were traveling from NH down to the Cape for our vacation when the Check engine light had come on.\r I call your service dept and spoke to Dave. He was very helpful and took my car in right away. found that is was just a hose that had come loose and was fixed quickly. Thank for the great professional service. will recommend many.\r \r Francis more
