Ray offers good honest advice. I appreciate his honesty that our badly stained (from years of old carpet pads and moisture) will not be able to be completely removed, but become lighter. I had to hire a company to restore our Terrazzo floors in a rental unit. They were able to remove all stains, and restored the floors to a beautiful finish. Found them by accident and have added them to my vendor list for future work. Fair, honest and friendly. more

Colonial basically did an half ass job restoring my terrazzo floors. They left a mess on both the floor and walls, didn't remove any stains, and still some spotty imperfections left over. more

I have to tell you I was very hesitant to have my terrazzo floors restored. I knew very little about them considering I am from Wyoming and terrazzo simply does not exist in that area. I am used to carpet or wood and don't really have a modern feel to my home. My neighbor really pushed for me to look into the terrazzo. He had his done about five years ago and couldn't stop raving. I went onto google and found Colonial Floor and Stone Care everywhere. So I called and they immediately sent out their specialist. He could also tell that I had hesitation. He didn't push me to make a decision. He simply explained the benefits but was also honest enough to explain to me about heavy staining and what can be done which I very much appreciated. I cannot tell you how thrilled I am to have pulled the trigger and gotten them done. They are truly magnificant. I will tell you that not all stains come out but most did. Luckily they were areas that were going to be covered with area rugs anyways. They worked harder than I could imagine and exceeded my expecations. I needed to have my terrazzo floors cleaned, repaired and polished but I delayed. Truthfully, I was afraid to have strange workers in my house.
