Best Nissan Dealer Around 11/3/2010

I feel the same as 19153776 Our family drives past 2 other Nissan dealers just to deal with Colonial Nissan. From what we have experienced, Colonial Nissan has the best staff, best prices and best inventory. What more could you ask for. What we liked the most is that they don't beg you to buy a car and they are honest. They let us shop around and didn't hassle us with dozens of phone calls and emails like the other dealers we visited. more

Great Service and Sales 3/24/2010

We have several Nissan's in my family and we all drive past 2 other Nissan dealerships to deal with Colonial Nissan. First of all they have a great Service department. They dont push you to make a million adjustments to your car, they fix what you want and make clear of anything else they found. Its refreshing to have an honest courteous service department to deal with, we take all our cars there and its the only place we go. They also have great service discounts on their website that we utilize. The sales floor is always professional. Dealing with Jason Friedman is the best. You can get a much more honest, courteous person to deal with them him. Regardless the of the salesperson we deal with, we are always happy. There are no lies, no hidden agenda, just an honest friendly experience. We will be buying all our cars there in the future and we recommend anyone to visit colonial nissan. They wont beg you to buy a car today, they will have your best interest in mind at all times. Pros: Friendly honest staff more

A+ Experience for me too! 3/24/2010

I had a similar experience as SKbluesk. It was a great friendly honest environment. Often a car dealership can make me feel uncomfortable, but at Colonial Nissan I felt like they actually listened to what I had to say and had my best interested in mind at all times. I bought an Altima last week and I am so very happy. I did also shop around a lot and Colonial Nissan was superior in price and customer service then any other place I went. The management team was very friendly and courteous. I felt like they were genuinely honest people who cared about my buying experience. Pros: Wonderful Customer Service Cons: no cons more

A+++ 8/3/2009

I just recently purchased my third car from Colonial. Each time, I was more impressed than before. I shopped around a lot on this last purchase and visited numerous dealerships. Every time I stepped inside, I would immediately cringe at the uncomfortable feeling you get as you suddenly feel 20 sets of eyes on you, wondering which one is going to attack. That's not the case at all when walking into Colonial Nissan. They make you feel very comfortable. They don't pressure you. Very relaxed, friendly environment. The salesman that I worked with was awesome. The price that I got was great. All in all, the experience was painless. I haven't really dealt with the service department yet. I can only hope it's as terrific a team as the sales department. Pros: Very accomodating, friendly and relaxed experience. more

DO NOT GO TO COLONIAL NISSAN 7/31/2009

Every time I went to this dealership to buy a car or get service done my experience was always unpleasant. Their arrogance is mind boggling. How do they expect to sell cars with such attitudes? I'm impressed that they didn't go bankrupt yet but at this rate they sure will and I hope they will. Cons: SCAMMERS more
