I got what I wanted 6/16/2011

I was looking for a specific used car and I found online that Colonial Nissan had the car I wanted. They were a little further then I wanted to travel, but it was worth it to get the car I wanted. I was pleased to have the online price honored and no funny business when I got there. more

Bad business practices 6/11/2011

Drove 100+ miles for appointment with salesman at noon on a Saturday to see a Nissan Frontier. Arrived and manager informed us they sold the truck the night before and no one bothered to call us and save us the trip. Wasted our time and gas for nothing. Not the business I'd pick to deal with! more

I just wanted to say from the Managers to the Finance department to the Salesstaff, they are great people at Colonial Nissan. They helped me get a car and I was in a bad situation. I am very thankful to everyone at Colonial Nissan. more

Big Help 4/28/2011

My recent experience at Colonial Nissan was the best experience I have had when purchasing a new car. I was not pressured into the purchase and the sales associate, Serge, was very polite and understanding of my situation as far as cost goes. He let me take my time, he answered all my questions and told me a lot I did not know about the car, and did not rush me into buying. When I made my decision he showed me my options of having a higher payment each month or putting money down instead which was a very big help to see options. I will definitely go back to Colonial Nissan for my future cars. more

No hassle, no pressure to buy something I did not want. Tommy definitely made it a piece of cake for me to buy a new Sentra. Tommy was very detail oriented and knew the vehicle very well. Thank you very much Tommy ! I was also impressed with the managers and the low price I got. I'll be telling my friends and family to go see you if they ever need a new Nissan. more

I had a great experience at Colonial Nissan. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating to my needs, but not rude, pushy or invasive. The overall atmosphere in the dealership was comfortable and it was also very clean which I liked a lot. I would definitely come back for future vehicles and recommend family and friends. more

Service Department top Notch 3/27/2011

I have been using the Service Department at Colonial Nissan for over a year now and its been nothing but top notch. They get me in and out fast, they don't try to find a million things wrong with my car, they don't try to upsell me on every little thing. I have had the pleasure of talking to the service manager Bill Ricco and he couldn't be a nicer man. If your looking for a good Service Department Colonial Nissan is worth a try, if your like me, you won't be dissapointed. more

Run Dont walk! 3/15/2011

Run don't walk is exactly how I feel. I have had so many bad experiences in car dealerships in the past but my recent experience at Colonial Nissan was just perfect. I would say run to Colonial Nissan, don't walk because going anywhere else is a waste of time. I visited so many nissan dealers shopping for the best price and service. I found myself being greeted by rude, arrogant people. At Colonial Nissan the staff was amazing and to top it all off the I got the price I was looking for. Thats perfect! more

Large inventory 2/21/2011

When buying a car int he past, I have learned its best to do your research first, learn what the car is worth, shop around, and take your time before making the decision. I find it hard to locate the exact vehicle I want because sometimes dealers inventories can be quite limited. For the past few years I have been using Colonial Nissan, largely in part of their large inventory and secondly because I always get a great price. I still shop around and do my research, that way when I get ready to make the deal, I am knowledgeable. It cant hurt to shop around, but from my experiences Colonial Nissan does a great job and sure always makes me happy. more

Complete rip off and horrible customer service 2/17/2011

I am single women who doesn't have the best credit. I got ripped off completely. I paid way more then what the car was worth. I wouldn't recommend any woman go in there without a man. They talk you into circles and confuse you. They are extremely rude. I understand paying a little more then market value but I paid about 6 grand more. I found this out when I went to trade my car in for something bigger. stay away Perruzi Nissan has a way better staff and are fair more

Worth the drive 2/7/2011

I live in West Chester, PA so I am not exactly close to Colonial Nissan, but I will tell you its way worth the drive to deal with people as professional as Colonial Nissan. I refuse to go to the dealers that are closer to me due to bad past experiences. I am a single women, and all single women know what its like to walk into a car dealership thats most likely filled with men, its not fun. Colonial Nissan doesnt give me that same feeling. I feel like I am being treated, and talked to fairly. Its not hard to make a deal and I dont feel like I have some creepy sales person staring at me. The managers are also very helpful and did their best to lower the price for me considering the first price I looked at was just out of my reach. I am very happy to end up getting the exact car I wanted and having a normal shopping experience. I will continue to drive the distance when I need a new car because dealing with their staff is much more comforting to me then their competitors. more

Great Salespeople 1/20/2011

I would say from my past experiences I am never too impressed with sales people when I visit a car dealership. I have bought many cars from Colonial Nissan and I have worked with several different sales people. Most recently I worked with Serge, but I have worked with Mark and Tommy in the past. Everyone I have worked with has been professional, honest and met all my needs. I recommend Colonial Nissan to anyone out there looking for a good buying experience. more

Good salespeople 1/8/2011

It appears as if most of the time when I visit a car dealership I end up not having a good feeling about the salesperson. When I visited Colonial Nissan I met my salesperson, GUY, and I got a good feeling right off the bat. I was interested in a Sentra or Versa and GUY helped make my decision easy on exactly which car was right for me. The managers helped me get the price I wanted and I am so happy the entire process was so easy, smooth and stress free! more

Its really refreshing to find amazing managers that you know you can count on. I will certainly be going back to Colonial Nissan the next time I need a car. As a women, walking into a dealership alone can be quite overwhelming. I really have not had the greatest experiences in the past. I made an appointment with Colonial Nissan because I found a car I liked on their website. Let me just say, they are not like any other dealer I have ever gone to. They treated me with respect and were very professional. Most importantly for me, the price was as described online. I got a great deal on the exact vehicle I wanted. The whole process went fast and smooth and I am very glad I found Colonial Nissan, they were well worth the drive. Note, that I did drive by several other Nissan dealers to deal with Colonial Nissan. They did a great job and I am very thankful! more

Colonial Nissan did a great job with me! 11/15/2010

My experience at Colonail NIssan was a very good one. It all started with my online email request. They followed up with no pressure. I wanted to visit the store in person at that point. It wasn't so easy for me, I am a slow purchaser. We looked at a lot of cars, talked a lot of numbers, but what sold me was their commitment to work out a deal and have patience with me. I want to thank my sales person for knowing more about the car then me. They had great Customer Service and patience to deal with me. Thank you for making me happy! more
