Collision Center

They're great over at Collision Center! My truck was hit by a rock from a snow thrower. It needed a paint job and a new bug shield, and I knew it would be ready when they told me it would be. They're very good about keeping you well informed, and you can actually go online and see pictures of it while it's being worked on. They're really good! Robert E. Holtzapple more

I own a 2001 Toyota Celica GT and my driver side door was backed into while I was letting out a passenger in an unloading zone. This person left the location with me only having their plate number to track them down. After a number of calls to police I finally got in contact with the offender's insurance company, and they directed me to The Collision Center. The receptionist was very welcoming and the overall staff were very professional and made me feel at ease after a stressful situation. more

I would tell anyone to come here to recieve work done on there vehicle. The first place i called they told me to bring my vehicle down and park it they would order parts March 29 and they would get to it when they could remembering that they had done my husbands truck and we loved the service we called Collision repair they got my vehicle in and I got it back March 24th. They kept in contact with me with everything. They are all a great bunch of people there and they make you feel great and you know they are trying there best to get your vehicle back to you as soon as possible. When someone backed into me, my insurance company recommended Collision Center. They did a good job and were very professional. My car looks good. I had a loner car from next door, I don't think they are connected to Collision Center though. I felt that out of my entire experience, the car rental place overcharged me and I wouldn't use them again. Yes, I would go back to Collision Center, I just hope I don't have to! more

The people at Collision Center were easy to work with. They were ready and willing to help me however they could. They really try to accommodate customers needs as best as they can. It did take a while for me to get my car back, but that was mostly out of their control because they were waiting on special parts. They did a really good job on my car. I'd go back and definitely recommend their services to anyone looking. more

Collision Center did a good job. My husband checked the work and liked it. We had never been in a wreck before, and we went to two different places that our insurance agency said they would have no trouble with. The first guys wanted us to agree to use their service before even considering us for an estimate. We fought over it, and ended up getting an estimate regardless. We then went to Collision Center. I was really pleased with Collision Center. They didn't give me any lip when I went in there. The people there were polite, considerate, and caring. They answered all our questions, and didn't bother with any nonsense. Unlike the other place we went to, they didn't make me feel like I was too much of a bother. They greeted me and my husband, gave me a cup of coffee, and had no problem giving us an estimate. The estimate we received at the other repair place was $3700, but the one we got at Collision Center was only $1200. Collision Center's estimate was far more professional, too. They took pictures of all the damage, unlike the other place, and even took pictures of the undamaged side so that they had a complete picture of the vehicle's condition before they went to work on it. While they were working on it, the weather was terrible. There was crazy snow and wind. To top it all off, I had just recently broken my leg. Collision Center made all kinds of arrangements to get me to and from my home, and really went out of their way to accommodate us. more
