I had a wonderful visit today at Dr. Collins office with Nicole Battista as my technician she was such a kind person and took her time with me and made me feel very at home.Dr.Alessi was very sweet and did a great job on my exam I will be telling all my friends to come visit Collins vision. Great practice all around. more

Jessica was the best...engaging, knowledgeable, efficient. I thoroughly enjoyed talking with her and her easy manner made me comfortable with the testing. She made me feel like I am a special patient. Kalee is good at greeting people with a smile and friendly hello as they walk in the door. She makes a great first impression for the office. more

Great professional exam 2/18/2019

Nicole Battista was an excellent introduction to the practice. Her professional demeanor and easily understood instructions and answers to questions made our first visit very comforting. We believe we have found our new eye care professionals after relocating to Fort Myers. more

Nicole was very thorough during my visit today. I was seeing a new Dr for the first time and she wanted to be sure my history was accurate and wanted to identify any new concerns I might have to communicate to the Dr. As a result, a new contact prescription was ordered. In past visits I was told I had no other options due my visual limitations. Thank you Nicole for being so thorough!!! more

The best! 11/1/2018

Dr collins, Dr alessi and the staff are consistently excellent. I overcame my fear and came for cataract surgery. I had nothing to be afraid of. From thoughtful little things on surgery day to whatever you need pre and post surgery. I didn't have to worry about a thing. I just celebrated my 70th with 20/20 vision! more

What took me so long to get here? 8/21/2018

Great experience. From daneille at the frontdesk to techs Shelby and Katie then Dr Alessi took me through all the tests scheduled me with Dr Collins for cataract surgery and later Dr Jones. Firstclass one stop shopping. Convenient and consistent. Highly recommend. more
