The vet I saw at this facility actually LISTENED to my pet's history, took x-rays and explained the results and diagnosis. He was patient and allowed me to watch as he examined my dog. The staff was kind and patient on a very busy New Year's Eve. Thanks to their excellent care my dog is already feeling and acting like his old self. The doctor said this would happen but told me to still make sure he lays low until his injury heals over the following weeks. I think this emergency center is the best in the Nashville Metro area hands down. I could not have asked for more complete or thorough care of my pet and advice for aftercare. They are, in my humble opinion, the best emergency care facility in the Nashville metro area. more

This place is a horror Clinic,DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE!!! The first thing that Doctor S. Gibson asked about while our dog was dying was money! Then after test and a $300+ vet bill, she told us our dog was fine that he had allergies and/or ate something bad. (Even a 12 year old kid that was visiting earlier that night could see the dog was dying!) OUR DOG DIED 10 HOURS LATER after being treated at this Animal Hospital...Now Doctor Gibson will not return our phone calls ,very professional! Pros: Absolutely NONE Cons: all about money,will let your pet die! more

I have had alot of experience with vets and am probably one of the more picky pet owners out there. This clinic stays open all night and if you have an emergency your pet doesn't have to be moved back and forth between emergency clinic and regular vet. The emergency prices are reasonable considering it is after hours and compared to the rip off prices of emergency services in the Nashville area. To me the biggest advantage of this clinic is: if my dog or cat has an emergency it can stay there until it is well enough to go home. I had a dog that died a couple of years ago in Nashville due to complications brought on by moving it after a traumatic surgery. The dog was having problems coming out of anesthesia and the regular vet clinic was closing so I had to rush it while in a compromised state to a after hours emergency clinic. Had I known about this clinic, I think she would have lived. I also have a friend that uses this clinic. The staff at this clinic have always been compassionate and caring from what I have seen. My friend had a very sick elderly dog that was in and out of this clinic in the last year. Sometimes he had to stay a few days. He was a rescue dog that had been abused before being rescued. He loved the staff and got excellent care from what I was able to observe. This dog was hypersensitive to rough handling and had had bad experiences with other clinics in the metro Nashville area. I have a hard time buying the accusations of the negative review of alleged abuse posted by one person here. I would have no problem taking any of my dogs or cats to this clinic and highly recommend them to others. Pros: 24/7 care, resonable prices, nice staff Cons: none that I see more

Ever since I had to bring one of my pets in for an Emergency visit, I have used this office for all my pet's needs. Their boarding and grooming is very reasonably priced and their staff is always friendly. I have used other vet services in the past and AMC definitely exceeds the others by far. It may not have fancy tile and exotic birds in the lobby, but that shows exactly where their priorities are- your pet's well being not their pocket book. I definitely recommend this place for your pets!! more

The service is great and the prices are very reasonable. I really like this place because they are open 24 hours so when I drop my pet off I can pick her up at any time. That is very convenient for me. \r My dog Diamond absolutely loves the workers. more

I have worked fror AMC for 2 seemless years, and I am PROUD to be apart of such a caring team ,""dead""icated to improving the welfair of animals! It's not alwawys easy doing what what we do.
