Made appointment after searching on yahoo. Was pleasantly surprised. Had a new set up and all the gadjets.I thought dr Pattni was friendly and competent . I especially liked that he tried to find the meds that were better for me but still on the prescription plan so that they wouldnt be too expensive. Would recommend him anytime. more

Just had a great experience with a superb eye clinic.\r 2 days ago, had a bump on my eyelid that was begining to hurt and get bigger. Went into this clinic on my lunch hour not knowing what to expect. Found the front desk very helpful and they explained all my responsibilities with the insurance deal. Then saw the doctor who was friendly and knew what I had. Had me feeling better and back at work within 45 minutes. The cool part was I called him since the CVS pharmacy was going to take 2 days for the eyedrops to come in...and he changed the prescription without making a big deal. The bump is gone and its only been 2 days ! more

I sent in my favorite eyeglass frame that was broken on one of the arms. These guys emailed me back a quote and once I called in with my c/c info, the frames were soldered back and mailed out the same day.\r I had my glasses back within 4 days after sending it to them ! The reason Im making this a big deal, is the way they fixed my plastic frame-I couldnt even tell where they soldered it. You guys were awesome and Thanks! more

My son broke the flex part of the stem on his glasses. I called the place we purchased the glasses 9 months ago (for a lot of money) and they told us to ""bring them in."" I asked if they could repair it. They responded that we should just ""bring them in."" I repeatedly asked if they had a repair shop. ""If it's a missing screw we can handle it."" Well, I could have handled that. They told me they could offer to replace them with a discount. Hundreds of dollars. I then looked online and found one company that had been in trouble with the BBB, and then LUCKILY I found Collin Creek Eye Clinic. I emailed them. They immediately responded with a very very reasonable quote for repair. They indicated they could solder the area instead of replacing the entire frames. I sent the glasses in and they were then repaired and promptly sent back. I know my son will be breaking the other flex spring soon. That's how these expensive frames work . And I will immediately send them in for repair on the other stem. more

Recently moved from Richardson and needed a vision exam for my sons physical. Last minute appointment.The staff were friendly and the Dr helped us out by filling out the required documents while we waited.\r Would recommend this office for its ease of use and friendly staff . more

i went to this clinic today and was told by them they were in my net work but after i got back to work i relize i was not in there net work for the glasses just the eye exam so i called to cancel the order within an hour and was told i would have to pay a 20% cancelation fee and restocking fee not fair at all it cost me 83.00 just to cancel the order within an hour i will never go back here. not happy at all also i was told that there was a 20 co pay for the exam and 40 if i had medical problems well i got charged 60 co pay they never told me i would have to pay both co pays shady company not up front with there customers beware of this company.... Pros: not happy i fell like i have been ripped off Cons: receptionist not very professional more
