Although they have good rates, I would avoid going to the College Point facility. The facility is under new management and the woman is terribly unorganized and money hungry. No customer service skills at all! Keep your receipts each time you pay! more

Great facility! 8/28/2002

Price is reasonable and the facility is clean and temp. control. Employees there are helpful and hours are good. The space is able to accomodate all my wedding gifts and more. What more could you ask for from a storage facility?! Cons: Limited Parking Space more
