I don't recommend this pharmacy anymore, nor to have them deliver!Because they Fail best at it. I had that terrible virus going around and they were supposed to deliver yhat afternoon so i could wait at home. I waited til after Nine o'clock at night and the guy never showed up. Then called the next morning and they said they couldn't have me come and get it cause the delivery guy was attempting for second time. I told them i was at work. So it wouldn't even be AVAILABLE to me til after three. When your sick you need your Anti-biotics likenow more

Best Pharmacy in Town! 11/11/2010

I have shopped at College Pharmacy for years and find the staff extremely pleasant and helpful. These are the kind of real people who will greet you by name and remember your particular health care needs. Monique is particularly awesome. They also have a great selection of gifts and unique cards that you won't find at any chain store pharmacy. Local establishments like this are what give Ventura its unique character and make a routine errand like picking up medicine an enjoyable experience. more

the customer service is lacking to say the least. they have a bunch of teenagers working there, that are just plain rude and clueless as to how to treat customers. they could care less if they loose a customers buisness. zero appreciation.i suppose they are too young to realize that they would have no job if it were not for the customers? i will never give them my buisness again. more

Not Reliable For Important Medications In a Pinch 1/4/2010

I am so frustrated with these people. The personnel at this pharmacy were extremely rude and curt with my 88-year-old mother, and when I tried to help clear the confusion they were extremely rude and curt with me. They are absolutely lacking in people skills, and have no feeling or compassion for their customers. If there is a complication with you receiving your prescription, they do not make any effort to solve it. The warm and friendly message you have to listen to on the phone while on hold with these people is the polar opposite of the experience you will have while doing business with them. Don't rely on them for medications you really need to stay healthy - if there is one blink of the slightest complication they will hang you out to dry. Pros: They Deliver Cons: No Personalized Service; Abrupt and Rude more

college care pharmacy 12/15/2008

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to, They have little kids working there who are the most rude and obnoxious people I have ever met. When you call to refill a prescription they ask you what are you taking? and what for?.. like I really feel like discusing my conditions with them and who the hell are they to ask such things. Are they a doctor? are they the pharmacist? My opinion don't ever go to this place, worst experience ever. more

Pharmacy/ gift shop 9/19/2005

I like College Pharmacy because it has medical supplies,wonderful gift shop with lots of very unusal gifts, a wonderful collection of candles.During the christmas holidays its like a winter wonderland the way they decorate the gift area.They have a very nice assortment of greeting cards.Also in the store they have a small postal service so i can buy stamps and mail packages. PROS: great one stop shopping CONS: Slow at filling perscriptions more
