my cat was hit by a car a few years ago and his back leg with dislodged from its socket. He was dragging his leg around and yowling. I took him here because his regular vet was closed. They wouldn't treat him at first because i couldn't pay up front. They relented the following day and performed surgery, but wouldn't release him back to me because i could only pay half the money up front. They told me they didn't have a payment plan, when i watched them sign someone else up in front of me. They suggested i sign up for government pet aid, and after spending all day on the phone and being denied, i was told by the receptionist that nobody ever actually qualifies. I bawled my eyes out because they wouldn't give me my cat back and finally they gave me the payment plan sheet to fill out...which supposedly didn't exist. These people are great for the rich, but turn their noses up if you aren't the middle class. I took my cat in as a stray and almost lost him to these terrible people. I take
