Good place if you're already in South Bend 8/19/2005

Located in downtown South Bend, this is a great place to visit while in town for a Notre Dame football game. There is a partial football field outside, and there are many exhibits, a small café, and a gift shop inside. They have memorabilia, informational displays, and interactive exhibits to entertain both children and adults. more

Good for Kids and Parents 8/19/2005

The College Football Hall of Fame is fun for all ages. While the history will be more interesting to adults, the downstairs interactive exhibits that let you try your hand and tackling and throwing like the college athletes. You can probably see the entire thing in a couple hours, as it is not very large. The souvenir shop is pricey, however there are some other good shops and restaurants in the downtown area. more
