This place is horrible! Their only goal is to squeeze as much money out of you as possible. They prey on poor college students. DO NOT RENT HERE! you will regret it. The model apartment that they show you is beautiful and then we you move in you realize your carpet is disgusting, your microwave is cracked, your dishwasher does not work, your closet doors don't have the bottom guard rails to keep them on track. Office staff is rude and untrained. The manager is a joke. Everything they do is half-assed and you will regret a decision to move here! more

Pretty much guaranteed that each of the people writing good reviews about College Court were front office workers or friends of them. This place is just horrible. I hate it here and so do most of the people I know. Don't let these good reviews fool you. College Court does not care about you, only money. more
