College Bound's tutoring brought my SAT Critical Reading score from a 610 to a 760 in just 15 sessions. The tutoring works with your individual skills and uses strategies that will help bring up the scores that need the most improvement. I recommend it to all my friends! Pros: score went way up for cheap! more

They are the BEST. 1/14/2009

At first, I had no idea what to expect with the whole college process. College Bound got me familiar with the SAT and SAT Subject Tests and taught me strategies on how to maximize my score. They helped me raise my score 300 points in just a couple of months. They also helped me with all of my college essays and applications. Without their help, I don't know how I would have gotten any of this done by myself. They were such a big help. I would highly recommend Alfonsi's College Bound to anybody looking for help with their college process. They are the best. more

cant believe i got into my #1choice 1/12/2009

when i first started searching for colleges, i dreamed about getting into Gordon. However, everyone incuding my school counselor said I'd have no shot. Thank you College Bound for raising my scores high enough TO GET INTO TO MY DREAM SCHOOL GORDON COLLEGE. more

College Bound experts 8/25/2008

it is not even fall yet and I have already finished all of my college essays and college applications. I just want to thank Sam Alfonsi's College Bound will their effort in guiding, advising, and helping me through the process. crucial strategies to master 5/7/2008

before taking prep classes I always had trouble with the reading comprehension. My mind always wandered and I wasted so much time going back re-reading and re-reading. This made the test sooo lonng and tiring. Greg Alfonsi showed me his method of reading comp. and it totally changed how I did everything. I learned that I could predict the answers ahead of time. The test became predictable and beatable. I had other tutors but no one broke it out like college bound. You might pay more but they are the best. Pros: everything Cons: nothing more

not just scored higher----scored completely higher 5/7/2008

when i started 11th i didn't think that my reach scores were attainable. However, after working with College Bound and specifically Greg Alfonsi, I raised my score in every area. I am now a junior at Emory University and I turned down Dartmouth, Brown and lehigh. I owe alot of it to Sam Alfonsi's College. I'd recommend them to anyone, AND I OFTEN DO EVERY CHANCE THAT I GET. Don't just take my word for it. Try to get an appointment with Greg A, it is nearly impossible b/c he is always booked solid.
